DATABASE MANAGER***
Due to growth our clients have created a new role for a business savvy CRM Database Manager to manage all aspects of their CRM database.
You will be working closely with the sales team to provide them with a clean database for them to work from.
Note this is an office-based, permanent part-time role for either 3 full days (Tues, Thurs, Fri) or Mon - Fri 9am-3pm
Salary £28K pro rata
Key responsibilities for the Database Manager include

Maintaining & cleansing the database
Developing and processing existing records
Importing/exporting data to and from the CRM system
Adding leads to the database and creating activities for the telemarketing team
Analysing & Monitoring call data
Creating telemarketing campaigns for the telemarketing team
Managing incoming data requests from the telemarketing team
Ensuring data integrity
Troubleshooting and CRM database issues
Monitoring telephony activity, reporting and feedbackThe ideal Database Manager will need,

Previous experience of using or managing CRM systems
Excellent PC skills essential along with strong attention to detail
Be commercially minded with an analytical approach
Confident verbal/written communications skills are a must
An understanding or experience of the commercial property industry would be advantageous but not essentialThis Database Management role would suit a confident, analytically-minded team player with a flexible attitude and approach. In return you will find yourself working within a super modern office where you will be part of a sociable team who celebrate success by enjoying regular nights out and social events/overseas trips.
Note that this is a part-time position, salary £28K (full time equivalent) pro rata
