We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing and CRM Manager who is passionate about driving customer acquisition and retention through targeted email marketing and effective CRM strategies. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving ambitious targets through the development and execution of email marketing campaigns and CRM activities.

Key Responsibilities:Acquisition and Retention

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop lead generation strategies and tactics that align with the company's business objectives, and execute targeted campaigns to drive new business opportunities.
  • Manage lead data in our CRM system, and work with the sales team to ensure lead quality, lead nurturing, and lead conversion.
  • Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Develop and execute targeted campaigns through our CRM system to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of email marketing and CRM campaigns with broader marketing and business objectives.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for email marketing campaigns, CRM activities, and other marketing channels to drive customer engagement and lead generation.

Automation

  • Continuously strive to automate campaigns along the entire customer lifecycle to achieve scalability.
  • Set up automation systems to execute lead distribution to the entire sales floor.
  • Troubleshoot daily issues and challenges faced by the sales team, collaborating with other teams in the organization for all CRM initiatives.

Testing and Optimisation

  • Carry out regular A/B tests of the campaigns.
  • Drive CRM initiatives and oversee the execution of campaigns.
  • Develop tracking to improve the conversion ratio.
  • Work cross-functionally with different departments to develop and execute complex and automated campaigns that use insights from across the company.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in email marketing and CRM, and apply these learnings to drive innovation and improvement in our marketing efforts.

Reporting

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns, and make recommendations for improvement based on data and analysis.

Data Management

  • Analyze customer data and behaviour to identify trends and insights that can inform marketing and communication strategies.
  • Maintain and improve data management processes and accuracy.
  • Manage and maintain customer data in our CRM system to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing and CRM management, with a track record of driving business results.
  • Experience in Data Analytics.
  • SQL or MS Excel proficiency.
  • Experience working in the payments or financial services industry is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience with CRM systems (specifically HubSpot) and email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, Active Campaign etc).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
