A leading UK-based hospitality group is seeking a highly organised Buying Administrator & Data Analyst to join its procurement function based at their Harlington Support Office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support purchasing operations across food, beverage, sundries, and service contracts. You will play a vital role in ensuring accuracy in procurement processes, managing supplier data, and supporting efficient decision-making through analysis and communication. 

What you’ll be doing as Buying Administrator:
Reporting to the Group Buyer, you will support the procurement of products and services across the business. You’ll work closely with finance, operations, and suppliers to ensure all purchasing activity aligns with commercial goals, delivering value, efficiency, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities: 

Data Analysis – Monitor purchasing trends and performance, producing reports and recommendations for efficiency and cost control.
Supplier Liaison – Track supplier performance, address issues promptly, and support ongoing relationship management.
Administrative Support – Maintain digital procurement records, price databases, and ordering systems with a high level of accuracy.
Budget Monitoring – Support adherence to budgets and ensure purchasing aligns with agreed specifications and pricing.
Process Improvement – Identify and propose enhancements to procurement workflows.
Cross-Team Communication – Act as a key link between procurement, operations, accounts, and suppliers to ensure seamless coordination.
What we’re looking for in a Buying Administrator: 

Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Highly numerate, with proven analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365; experience with procurement platforms such as Acquire or Procure Wizard is advantageous
Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in procurement and/or hospitality is preferred but not essential. Would consider applications from Front of House staff/Duty Managers
