Digital & E-Commerce Specialist

City Centre outskirts (near Beeston) – hybrid working (3 days office based)

Upto £32,000

Our client is an established and rapidly expanding business in Nottingham.

Fabulous opportunity to join this newly formed Marketing team in a really crucial role. Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will be tasked with driving increased awareness of the full product range through digital channels including website, automations and email marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Weekly report on upturn and downturn trends on websites – what’s working and what’s not

  • Proactive ideation to improving product performance and promotion

  • Updating website with new campaigns/promos and sales initiative

  • Weekly SEMRush updates; improving SEO and developing strong backlinks

  • Working with the Marketing team to collaborate on key campaigns through the year

  • Data analytics; Google/SEMrush/Odoo buying trends, product performance, and campaign performance – contributing to monthly report

  • Setting up and testing automations and triggers to increase customer engagement through the buying funnel

  • Competitor analysis

    Desired results:

  • Driving online sales; increasing average spend and browsing across a wide range of products on the website

  • Plan and execute digital campaigns together with the Marketing Manager including digital ad/CPC/PPC strategies with focus on ROAS and ROI

  • Automations to increase online conversions

  • Developing landing pages and promos

  • Driving out any problems / bugs within the website

    The ideal candidate:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in E-comm role

  • Experienced with email marketing and CRM software

  • B2B experience preferred

    Great opportunity to work with a forward-thinking Marketing Manager in a brand new role. This is a technical role and would suit someone with an analytical approach – with experience of website building / maintenance, exposure to Google analytics and/or Bing – and any experience within the healthcare sector would be a huge advantage.
