Our team sits in the intersection of sports modeling, trading, and engineering and plays a critical role in the day-to-day success of our sportsbook operation. We deliver real-time, end-to-end betting content enjoyed by millions of customers across North America.In this role, you’ll help define the future of how innovation, data science & technology shape sports betting products. You’ll have the freedom to think creatively and the resources to collaborate with some of the brightest minds in our industry.What you’ll do as an Associate Director, Global Sports Content:

Work closely with trading leadership on the creation and prioritization of the sportsbook content product strategy and roadmap.

Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, Product Management, and Analytics across the organization to align on goals, product specifications, requirements, and planning.

Manage a team of 3 product managers focused on Soccer, Golf, Tennis and Hockey content.

Ensure execution runs smoothly within the Sportsbook product teams and across partner teams, breaking down the roadmap into the product backlog, supporting user stories, acceptance criteria and creating interaction models to stay on track.

Partner with our best-in-class sportsbook trading team to align on go-to-market strategies for new content.

Monitor the industry to identify gaps in our coverage and work with operations to create opportunistic merchandising strategies for our content.

Work with sports intelligence to evaluate the success of our in-house models and determine how to best maximize the availability, profitability, and speed of our models.

What you’ll bring:

5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a quantitative domain.

Existing domain expertise of the sportsbook business model

Passionate and follows Soccer, Tennis, Hockey & Golf closely

Ability to communicate effectively with data scientists and traders to support the model development lifecycle and prioritization of work

You are strategically minded, with a strong analytics orientation, an ability to comprehend information from various sources, and an eye for business leverage

You understand how sports content gets operationalized by a trading team.
