Job Title: Administrator / Coordinator

Pay Rate: Min £25.26 Max £31.36 Inside IR35 - PAYE Only - Covering Mat Leave

Duration: Until: 31/01/2026

Location: Crewe Pyms Lane

Hours/office based: 37 hours per week Hybrid - 3 days on site - 9am to 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Project Leadership: Facilitate the development of functional strategy and lead cross-functional projects within the Quality department. You will represent Quality in various forums, ensuring alignment with brand drivers.
Planning and Budget Management: Manage the functional planning round, budgets, and headcount. Collaborate with the Quality Director and Head of Finance to ensure that all submissions are accurate and aligned with financial targets.
Control Plans Delivery: Design and execute tests based on Control of Production (CoP) processes. Coordinate with external test facilities to ensure compliance with standards and type approval requirements.
KPI Development and Risk Management: Lead the functional risk process, reporting, and escalation. Develop and report functional KPIs, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives.

Key Competencies:

Experience in Admin / Coordinator.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Strong understanding of functional systems and processes.
Ability to analyse financial data and construct business cases.
Experience in technical approvals and legislation (emissions) is advantageous.

Qualifications:

Education: A degree in Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in German is a plus.
Experience: Proven experience in project management and communication at all levels. Strong data analytics skills, with the ability to produce board-level reports.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with statistical analysis tools and planning strategies.
