Data Coordinator/Project Support County Antrim Vickerstock are working alongside an established specialist Mechanical and Electrical building contractor based in County Antrim to recruit for the position of Data Coordinator / Project Support individual. In this role you will provide system support to the Building Services Division and ensure efficient project data management. Within this role you will analyze project data, create visualisations to assist decision making and maintain document control processes. Your new role as a Data Coordinator; Set up, collate, manage, and close out Operations & Maintenance Manuals and Handover Documentation Maintain organised document archives, ensuring accessibility and compliance with company procedures. Coordinate document control procedures, including handling technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence. Provide analytical support to the project delivery team, ensuring smooth administration of projects. Manage internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Assist with office maintenance to ensure a well-organized work environment. What you will need to succeed in your new role as a Data Coordinator; Experienced in MS Office suite, mainly Excel including formulas and data analysis. Be confident in interpreting data for project insights. Be thorough in checking data accuracy and document compliance.
