Day to day, you will provide high-quality administrative support to various fee earning teams across the business, ensuring the smooth running of operations and delivering exceptional service to clients. Key Responsibilities:

Supporting teams with general administration tasks, including generating standard letters and updating internal systems.
Liaising with clients via email and phone, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Assisting internal teams across various specialist areas.
Updating databases with accurate information and maintaining high standards of data integrity.
Answering phones, taking messages, and managing enquiries in a polished and professional manner.
Producing professional and accurate email responses to clients.
