Join Our Client's Team as an Administrator Transitioning into HR!

Job Title: Administrator with HR Focus (12 Month FTC with possibility of extension)

Location: Outskirts of Haywards Heath (Must be able to drive due to location)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours

Salary: Up to £24K

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process, from posting job ads to scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity.
Support on boarding and training for new hires.
Help organise employee engagement activities and events.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures.What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in administration, with an interest in HR.
Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software.
