We are seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to play a pivotal role in driving commercial performance, influencing strategic decisions and supporting financial excellence across a key business unit.

What You'll Be DoingYou'll be at the heart of commercial decision making, providing robust financial insight, strategic challenge and actionable recommendations that drive performance with a clear progression route to allow you to step up in the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading pricing and customer profitability analysis, supporting commercial tenders and helping to ensure profitable growth.
- Owning budgeting and forecasting processes, delivering accurate financial plans and clear variance analysis.
- Producing insightful reporting and developing automated KPI dashboards that enable better and faster decision-making.
- Identifying risks, opportunities and performance trends across multiple sites, teams and workstreams to maximise margin and profitability.
- Building influential relationships with stakeholders across the business, providing support, challenge and commercial guidance.
- Leading and developing a small Finance team.
- Acting as a deputy to the Finance Director when required.
- Supporting strategic initiatives and commercial projects through financial modelling, analysis and insight.
What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a commercially astute finance professional who enjoys working in a fast moving environment and can confidently influence stakeholders at all levels.
You'll bring:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
- Significant experience in Finance Business Partnering or commercial finance roles.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling capability.
- The ability to translate complex financial data into compelling business recommendations.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and challenging constructively to improve outcomes.
- Strong Excel skills and experience using ERP and financial reporting tools.
- Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools is advantageous.
- Experience leading, mentoring or developing others.
