We’re looking for a talentedMedia Sales Associate who expects more from their career. Sitting within the Sales team, this role will help develop effective media plans for advertiser clients. You’ll get to support the most relevant client engagement strategies & solutions aimed at growing retailer loyalty and build brand value. You will be supporting an SMB sales team responsible for meeting and exceeding commercial targets, driving the Tesco Media proposition and product adoption working with multiple stakeholders. The right candidate will play a role in growing our self-serve strategy & digital first approach.

The successful candidate will join our growing, Growth & Emerging team, and work with world class and passionate people in a supporting capacity to deliver a digital first strategy that creates measurable value for customers, advertisers & Tesco Media.

What you’ll be working on

  • Assist with the management and development of client engagement strategies to maximise participation and value creation via our portfolio of established Media solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to provide input into helping shape and launch emerging solutions.
  • Support client engagement (as assigned) to achieve business objectives with a customer focus.
  • Utilise dunnhumby insights to ensure recommended plan components support retailer customer strategies and build brand/customer value.
  • Develop client ready analysis and planning presentations that can be utilised to create deeper client engagement and added brand/customer value.
  • Support the nomination and delivery process across media and financial management.
  • Actively demonstrate the dunnhumby values and behaviours.

What we expect from you

  • Experience in Media Sales or support function - specifically digital advertising, marketing or Retail Media. Marketplace platform experience would be desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver against SLAs at pace.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated and highly goal-oriented in order to support in exceeding targets.
  • An interest in working with product and technology stakeholders to continue to improve our digital performance products and drive self-serve adoption.
  • Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable in fast-paced environments.
  • A team player with the ability to collaborate with internal departments and teams & passionate about sharing their expertise.
  • Some knowledge of the agency landscape and major players would be desirable.
