We are seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to take ownership of our global SAP SuccessFactors platform on a 6-month temporary assignment.

Reporting directly to the HR Services Director, this role is focused on the technical management, optimisation and continuous improvement of our HR systems landscape. Key Responsibilities

Manage system enhancements, upgrades, releases and change requests

Conduct system testing, UAT coordination and issue resolution

Monitor and maintain data integrity, governance and compliance standards

Manage and support integrations between SuccessFactors and other business systems

Partner with HR, IT and third-party vendors to deliver technical solutions

Develop and maintain HRIS reporting and people analytics capabilities

Drive automation and process improvements across HR services

Provide expert advice on system functionality, configuration and best practice

Create and maintain system documentation, SOPs and governance controls

Deliver training and support to HR users, managers and key stakeholders

Communicate system updates, releases and new functionality across the organisation

Contribute to the development and delivery of the HRIS roadmap

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong HRIS background with hands-on experience managing enterprise HR systems, ideally within a global organisation.

Essential Experience

Demonstrable experience as an HRIS Manager, HR Systems Manager, HRIS Analyst or HR Systems Specialist

Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central

Experience configuring HR systems and supporting technical system enhancements

Experience managing HRIS testing, UAT and system change initiatives

Knowledge of HRIS integrations, interfaces and data flows between systems

Strong understanding of HR data management, governance and data quality principles

Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities

Experience producing HR dashboards, analytics and management information

Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across HR, IT and business functions

Experience working in a complex or global organisation

Desirable Experience

Experience managing global SuccessFactors deployments

Knowledge of SuccessFactors modules beyond Employee Central
