• Manage and maintain HR systems to ensure data integrity and functionality.
• Oversee the production of accurate and timely HR reports for internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve data management and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure systems align with business needs.
• Provide training and support to users of HR systems and reporting tools.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
• Analyse HR data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Lead projects related to HR systems upgrades or implementations.

Profile

A successful HR Systems Data and Reporting Manager should have:

• Proficiency in managing and maintaining HR systems and data reporting tools - Workday and Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Experience in ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
• Effective communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
• A proactive approach to identifying and solving system and data issues.

Job Offer

• Annual salary between £65,000 and £70,000, dependent on the level of experience.
• Performance-related bonus.
