HR Systems Administrator (Dayforce)
3-Month FTC or Contract | Fully Remote
We're supporting a well-established organisation in the search for an experienced HR Systems Administrator to join their team on an initial 3-month engagement. The business is open to considering candidates on either a Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) or day-rate contract basis, depending on preference and availability. Fully remote working is available.
This role will play a key part in the ongoing development, administration and optimisation of the organisation's HR and Payroll systems, with a particular focus on Dayforce.
What we're looking for
Strong experience managing and developing HR systems, ideally Dayforce
Proven background in system administration, maintenance and continuous improvement
Experience producing HR MI, reports and dashboards
Knowledge of data governance, compliance and audit requirements
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Finance and Technology
