With new product launches, commercial partnerships, acquisitions and expansion plans underway, the business is seeking an experienced Head of Commercial and Operations to help shape the next phase of its growth journey.
This is a broad, highly visible role suited to someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. You'll work closely with senior leadership, driving commercial decision-making, identifying opportunities for improvement and leading meaningful change across the business.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial Finance & Reporting
- Own commercial P&L reporting across multiple entities.
- Deliver regular performance reporting and analysis to senior leadership.
- Produce management reporting, KPI dashboards and commercial insights.
- Support strategic planning, forecasting and business growth initiatives.
- Drive pricing, profitability and customer performance analysis.
- Lead reporting automation and continuous process improvements.
Operations & Process Improvement
- Improve operational workflows through automation and data-driven insights.
- Develop reporting frameworks for new business lines and markets.
- Oversee inventory reporting, controls and reconciliation processes.
- Partner with operational leaders to enhance efficiency and performance.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the key finance partner to senior business stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external data and technology partners.
- Provide commercial insight to support strategic decision-making.
Technology & Innovation
- Lead business adoption of AI and emerging technology solutions.
- Develop automated tools to improve reporting and productivity.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance decision-making.
- Promote data-driven working practices across the organisation.
Person Specification- Essential
- Proven experience in a commercial finance, FP&A or business partnering role.
- Strong background in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders with insight and strategic decision-making.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear commercial recommendations.
- Track record of improving reporting, controls and business processes through automation and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to both finance and non-finance audiences.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with data platforms, reporting tools and business intelligence solutions.
