Hybrid role: 3 days working from onsite.


We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to design, govern, and optimize enterprise data platforms. The architect will lead end-to-end data architecture, data modeling, and cloud-based data engineering strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design scalable data architectures across OLTP, OLAP, and Data Lake environments.

- Architect data ingestion, ETL/ELT pipelines, and integration frameworks.

- Drive data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical) using best practices.

- Govern metadata, lineage, data security, and compliance frameworks.

- Lead cloud-native data solutions on AWS (S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift, IAM, VPC).

- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data quality, validation, and observability standards.

- Work with business and analytics teams to prioritize data needs.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong SQL and Python proficiency.

- Hands-on experience with AWS data stack (S3, Glue, Athena, Lambda, RDS/Aurora).

- Expertise in data modeling, schema design, normalization, and multidimensional modeling.

- Experience with ETL/ELT tools (Glue, Informatica, Airflow).

- Knowledge of Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka).

- Strong understanding of API-based integrations.

Preferred Skills:

- NoSQL experience (MongoDB, DynamoDB).

- Snowflake / Redshift / Databricks exposure.

- CI/CD for data platforms (GitLab, Terraform, CloudFormation).

- Data governance and security frameworks.
