Role: Contract Operations Administrator
Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week in Burgess Hill (flexible)
Hours: Full-time, 12-month contract
Pay: £20.00 - £26.00 per hour PAYE (excluding holiday pay) or £26.80 - £34.85 per hour Umbrella
IR35 Status: Inside IR35

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Contract Operations Administrator to join one of our longstanding clients, an innovative organisation operating within the diagnostics sector, during an exciting period of digital transformation.

The Requirements:

Proactive and inquisitive mindset with a keen interest in contracts and/or legal documentation
Quick to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with a wide range of stakeholders
Collaborative team player with consistency in output
Experience with data entry and information management systems (desirable)
Familiarity with redacting contractual documents (a plus)

The Role:

Act as the key system champion and super-user for the newly implemented digital contract management system
Lead and support projects to extend the system's application across the business
Provide training and system support to internal business stakeholders
Review and extract key information from legal and contractual documents for system input
Redact sensitive information from contracts as required
Maintain data integrity through accurate and detailed data entry
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent system use and data practices
Support the wider Legal and Compliance team with general administrative tasks
