This newly created role sits within our Global Revenue Growth Management Centre of Excellence, driving data-led decision-making to unlock value across our global markets. The position plays a pivotal role in strengthening our end-to-end revenue management processes through advanced analytics, smart pricing expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to identify growth and efficiency opportunities. By translating complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations, the role will help create a continuous improvement cycle that enhances performance, control, and commercial impact worldwide.

What you’ll do

Being a Commercial Data Analystis about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success – which means you’ll be:

  • DrivingGlobal Revenue Management performance. Lead robust analysis to support monthly reviews of proposed business changes, assess performance against agreed KPIs, and ensure delivery against Revenue Management targets through clear, data-driven recommendations.
  • Deliver insightful product and promotional analysis. Evaluate promotional and trial performance versus KPIs, provide clear next-step proposals, and identify scalable opportunities across global markets to optimise NSR and margin.
  • Provide pricing optimisation recommendations. Become a Smart Pricing expert, utilising Costa’s Smart Pricing Tool to work with a range of Global markets, modelling price changes to providing optionality and recommendations through a data-led approach.
  • Enhance pricing, segmentation and margin performance. Monitor internal performance across products, price, promotion and segmentation, using store and SKU-level data, alongside external and competitor data, to identify underperformance, unlock growth opportunities, and achieve margin targets.
  • Strengthen governance, control and cross-functional alignment. Monitor cost price inputs and operational inefficiencies (e.g. over-ordering, bottom-performing stores), partner with Category Managers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues, and present clear, professional insights to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Who you are

It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with an understanding of pricing, promotional mechanics, margin, OI, volume, rebates and price elasticity. Experience within retail, category, finance or similar analytical environments advantageous.
  • Advanced Excel-led analytical capability. Highly proficient in Excel as a core tool, with the ability to manipulate and interpret large, complex datasets to assess performance and generate clear, insight-driven recommendations.
  • Effective communicator and collaborative stakeholder partner. Able to translate data into clear, accessible insights and work cross-functionally with a range of stakeholders, building strong working relationships to support informed decision-making.
  • Organised and process-driven. Structured and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities, tracking performance and maintaining data accuracy and governance across end-to-end processes.
  • Curious, analytical and solutions-focused mindset. Comfortable navigating complexity, able to juggle large datasets, interrogate what the data is signalling, and proactively identify risks and opportunities.

Location – Where you’ll work:

Right now, our Support Centre teams work flexibly, blending home working with in-person time whenever it matters most – whether that’s a team moment, a creative session, or simply coming together to share ideas.

We’re excited to be moving into a?new home for our brand inSt Albans in January 2027 – an inspiring space from which our Support Centre teams will work three days a week to connect and collaborate in-person to bring our bold ambition to life.
