We're Hiring: Business Intelligence Manager (Pharma/Consumer Health)

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially savvy Business Intelligence Manager to join our pharmaceutical client and drive insight-led decision-making across the business.

This is a hands-on role working closely with functions including marketing, medical, and sales, with a focus on delivering actionable insights, driving strategic planning, and championing a culture of data-driven excellence.


What you'll be doing:


  • Develop and deliver BI strategies aligned to business objectives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to inform planning and brand strategy
  • Build dashboards and reports that drive decision-making across functions
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data from source to insight
  • Lead revenue and supply forecasting processes
  • Support omnichannel customer engagement and digital marketing strategy
  • Optimise use of tools like Tableau to enhance field force effectiveness
  • Lead insight and evaluation projects on new assets and market opportunities
  • Manage microsite development and own key digital reporting platforms
  • Be our in-house AI Ambassador – helping teams adopt AI tools in their workflows
  • Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support for BI tools and analytics


What we're looking for:

  • Degree in Science or Business
  • Industry experience in pharma or life sciences (Ideal)
  • Strong understanding of UK healthcare and consumer markets
  • Knowledge of ABPI/industry compliance and governance standards
  • Highly analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable interpreting complex data
  • Advanced MS Office skills, plus hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau
  • Experience with sales forecasting, stock management, and performance analysis
  • Skilled at translating data into business action – and communicating insights with impact
  • Comfortable navigating matrix teams and engaging with global stakeholders
