What You'll Bring:

We're looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing team.

In this fast‑paced role, with access to a vast range of data sets, you'll work within the wider Business Intelligence team to develop and deliver effective reports and dashboards-on time and aligned to business priorities-empowering our customers to make data‑driven decisions.

Day to Day You'll Be:

Developing reports and dashboards that streamline manual processes and automate key business functions.

Using ETL processes to transform data into clean, reportable formats.

Leveraging our data warehouses to provide data‑driven insights that support informed business decisions.

Presenting regular updates on the development and performance of key organisational metrics and KPIs.

Conducting peer reviews to ensure reports and dashboards align with stakeholder needs and meet departmental quality standards.

Supporting the transition of user‑created data visualisation solutions into enterprise‑standard platforms.

Adhering to team procedures and best practices-including coding and build standards-to deliver high‑readability, maintainable outputs.

Refining and optimising existing data workflows to improve efficiency, resilience, and readiness for future enhancements.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Degree‑level education or equivalent professional experience.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Highly organised self‑starter with excellent attention to detail.

Understanding of data quality principles.

Hands‑on experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio).

Experience designing and developing reports and dashboards.

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

SQL proficiency for querying and manipulating large datasets.

Knowledge and experience of using of ETL platforms (e.g., Alteryx).

Familiarity with modern development practices, including Agile methodologies, source control, and coding standards.
