AI Innovation Advisor

The Opportunity

We are looking for an AI Innovation Advisor to help transform how professional services teams use AI in their day-to-day work.

In this role, you will sit at the intersection of business, law, and technology, working directly with practice teams to turn complex workflows into practical, high-impact AI solutions. You will play a key role in shaping how AI is adopted, scaled, and embedded across the organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys both hands-on building and strategic advisory work, and wants to drive meaningful change in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

What You’ll Do

Partner with Business & Practice Teams

  • Act as a trusted advisor on where and how AI can add value
  • Work closely with teams to understand current workflows and identify improvement opportunities
  • Translate real-world tasks into clearly defined AI solutions

Build & Deliver AI Solutions

  • Design and develop end-to-end AI workflows
  • Create, test and refine prompts and outputs to meet quality standards
  • Collaborate with engineers and technical teams to scale solutions

Drive Adoption & Training

  • Champion responsible and effective use of AI tools
  • Design and deliver training, demos, and user guidance
  • Help teams build confidence using AI in their daily work

Improve & Scale Best Practices

  • Contribute to reusable playbooks, templates, and frameworks
  • Track adoption, performance, and impact of solutions
  • Share insights and continuously improve how AI is deployed

What We’re Looking For

Core Experience

  • Experience in innovation, transformation, legal tech, or AI-focused roles
  • Strong understanding of AI capabilities (especially generative AI) and where they add value
  • Experience working across business and technical teams
  • Ability to translate complex challenges into practical solutions

Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking ability
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive mindset

Desirable

  • Experience in legal or professional services environments
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools or workflow automation platforms
  • Experience designing training or supporting technology adoption
  • Understanding of data security, governance, or responsible AI
