The Role As the Workplace Manager, you’ll:

Lead and manage all aspects of facilities operations, including statutory compliance, hard services, vendor performance, and sustainability initiatives.
Direct workplace projects—from infrastructure upgrades to space optimisation and internal moves—delivering them to scope, budget, and governance standards.
Analyse data and implement KPIs to inform decision-making and improve efficiency across areas like space usage, energy, safety, and vendor performance.
Act as the subject matter expert in technical services, particularly MEP, supporting asset management and forward maintenance planning.
Foster a collaborative and compliant safety culture while managing relationships with suppliers, managing agents, and internal stakeholders. Your Skills
To be successful in the role of Workplace Manager, you’ll bring:

Solid experience in workplace or facilities management, with a strong understanding of hard services and statutory compliance.
Proven leadership in managing cross-functional projects, change initiatives, and technical service delivery.
Strong data analytics and technology skills (e.g. CAFM, BMS, energy management tools), with a passion for data-led decision making.
Experience in supply chain management, including RFPs, contract negotiation, and vendor performance tracking.
