Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our fantastic client, who is a rapidly growing business in Guildford. If you are a finance professional looking to take the next step in their career within a growing and forward-thinking organisation then look no further!

As the Finance Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic financial insight to support business growth. You'll work closely with senior management and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the company!

Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
Manage month-end and year-end close processes
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Support Finance Director with financial modelling and business strategy
Ensure clean and accurate balance sheets
Maintain data integrity across financial systems
Provide insights and recommendations to support business strategy
Analyse financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunitiesSkills/ Experience:

Minimum 5 years' experience in a finance leadership role
ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
Knowledge of accounting software - Xero & Zoho (desired)
A good working knowledge of financial regulations and legislation.
The ability to produce accurate financial reports to specific deadlines.
