Role Overview:
We are launching our new

Data Analyst Level 4 Apprenticeship

programme this

September , and we’re seeking a skilled data professional to lead the charge. Reporting into the Performance Manager, this role offers the opportunity to design the curriculum, set up the provision, and deliver an exceptional experience for learners. As the programme grows and more cohorts are launched, you will also take on the responsibility of leading a team of Skills Coaches, as well as coaching your own caseload, ensuring the quality and consistency of training as the provision scales up.
This position is perfect for someone ready to take initiative and lay the foundation for a programme that combines cutting-edge data training with learner-focused development.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop project plans outlining scope, milestones, and deliverables for the Data Analyst Level 4 Apprenticeship programme
Design and implement a Scheme of Learning with relevant content to ensure learners gain new skills and pass their End Point Assessment
Create robust assessment activities to demonstrate learners’ understanding and skill development
Allocate resources efficiently to meet programme goals and timelines
Collaborate with apprentices, coaches, and leaders to align with programme objectives
Design and deliver engaging remote teaching sessions on key learning objectives
Work with the commercial team to launch the programme with new and existing clients
Support and motivate learners to ensure timely progression and successful outcomes
Plan learning journeys for each learner, tailoring support to individual needs and goals
Engage line managers in learners’ progression and conduct quarterly reviews
Promote safeguarding awareness and adhere to safeguarding principles
Work with the Performance Manager to build the first caseload of learners and support new team members
Recruit and mentor Skills Coaches as the programme grows, fostering a high-performing and supportive team
Identify opportunities for programme enhancement and incorporate feedback
Foster positive working relationships across the business
Share best practices and innovative coaching techniques
Qualifications & Experience:
While we welcome applications from candidates with diverse backgrounds, ideal candidates will possess some or all of the following qualifications/experience:
Minimum Level 4 qualification in Data Analytics, or a relevant qualification
Proven experience in delivering Data Analyst apprenticeships or equivalent training programmes is ideal
Knowledge and practical experience in current data analysis tools, software, and methodologies
Experience in writing, designing, and implementing apprenticeship standards is ideal
Values-oriented and able to foster strong, authentic relationships
Initiative and willingness to translate ideas into reality
Can-do attitude and readiness to take action
Consistent focus on continuous improvement and self-development
Problem-solving skills and a strong sense of accountability
Teaching or coaching qualifications (Level 3 or above); desired but not essential
Minimum GCSE A*-C in both English and Mathematics or equivalent
