Job Description

As a Business Intelligence & Visualisation Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the team with dashboarding, reporting, and campaign measurement to drive decision-making in digital analytics and retail media. Sitting within the centralised digital analytics function, you will work closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, digital product, and commercial teams to provide clear, data-driven insights through interactive dashboards and deep-dive analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain key reports and interactive dashboards in Power BI and Looker to track and visualise performance across retail media, digital, marketing, and product analytics.
Work with large datasets from multiple sources and collaborate with data engineering teams to define requirements and optimise data models and pipelines for efficient, high-quality, data availability and reporting.
Support self-serve analytics, ensuring stakeholders can access meaningful insights efficiently.
Data Governance - Ensure consistency and accuracy in definitions and methodology across reports and other teams.
Enhance campaign measurement - providing marketing and retail media teams with insights to optimise spending and ROI as well as generating presentation ready campaign performance summaries
Conduct ad hoc analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and performance insights.
Present insights and recommendations, to senior stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable strategies.
Contribute to a data-driven decision-making culture, helping stakeholders make informed business decisions and providing training where needed.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in data visualisation tools, particularly Power BI and Looker (or similar tools).
Proficiency in SQL to query and manipulate date in Snowflake, BiqQuery or other cloud databases.
Proven experience in a Business Intelligence, Analytics or Data Visualisation role.
Industry experience in an eCommerce, Retail, FMCG, or Retail Media field.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, interpret complex datasets, and provide meaningful recommendations.
Excellent communication skills – ability to present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work autonomously, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Shortlisted applicants may be asked to confirm a few key details before being booked in for a first stage interview with the Recruiter- this will be behaviourally focussed and centred around how you align with our Culture and Values. If successful we anticipate two further interview stages with the Hiring Manager/wider team which will be more technically focussed and could include a presentation/task so we can see your skills in action.
