Role Overview:

As the Strategy & Analytics Manager, you will collaborate with the Strategy Director to enhance the data governance, establish a single source of truth, elevate BI reporting, and shape the long-term data strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive data governance initiatives to ensure data integrity and security. Develop and maintain a single source of truth for all data-related activities. Enhance BI reporting capabilities to support strategic decision-making. Lead the creation and implementation of a robust long-term data strategy. Partner with cross-functional teams to align data initiatives with business goals. Analyse complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in data governance, BI reporting, and analytics. Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset. Excellent collaboration and communication abilities. Background in financial services is a plus.
