About the TeamJoin the dynamic TikTok Shop MAI (Merchant Acquisition & Incubation) team, dedicated to nurturing new and early-stage merchants. As a key contributor on the Incubation Strategy Ops side, your focus will be on the Merchant Growth Tactics. In this pivotal role, you'll take ownership of designing effective programs, empowering our merchants to grow and scale to new heights. Your responsibilities extend to crafting a robust engagement plan, ensuring successful program completion whilst delivering a strong ROI. Responsibilities1. Identify issues, develop hypotheses, gather and interpret data, execute analysis, figure out opportunities and provide corresponding solutions to drive TikTok Shop seller and merchandise growth, including but not limited to seller performance, category development, merchandise growth, content, traffic, incentives etc.2. Define key business metrics and targets, conduct regular monitoring with dashboards and business reports to track business progress, identify problems and opportunities, assist business review and decision-making.3. Lead short to long term business planning, partnering with senior management to identify key initiatives, build clear, concise and structured proposals on growth and strategic initiatives.4. Synthesize internal and external research to formulate data-driven near-/medium-/long-term business recommendations, ensuring a forward-thinking and adaptive approach.5. Effective communication with key leaders and cross-functional stakeholders. Identify and manage dependencies to influence business decisions/change and strategically improve operational efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications:1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of work experience, experience in business analysis, CRM analysis and data analysis in the e-commerce industry is preferred.2. Strong analytical skills and story lining, proficient in SQL, R or Python; familiarity with BI tools (like Tableau or PowerBI) is a plus.3. Fast learner and self-starter, highly entrepreneurial with a good sense of judgment and original thinking.4. Result-oriented, strong ownership mentality and desire to work closely with business teams and deliver business results.5. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills to effectively convey complex analytical findings to diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making. Preferred qualification:- 4+ years experience in a B2B Marketplace or eCommerce environment in a growth focused role.- Experience in presenting to senior stakeholders- Strong problem-solving skills to identify growth opportunities, challenges, and areas for improvement. The ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.- Hands-on and grounded, not mind dirty work.- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, embrace changes and persevere in face of challenges.
