We are looking for an outstanding Analytics Manager to join our amazing analytics team at Digitas.
You will be a key player in an established agile team that leads and delivers the UK and Ireland Customer Engagement and CRM scopes with one of Publicis Groupe’s biggest global accounts.
This team has a core role within the bespoke Publicis Groupe data offering for an amazing client, which includes Paid Media, AI programmes and Onsite Analytics.
Key aspects:
Develop the customer marketing measurement strategy, creating strategic measurement plans and tactical testing plans Create & enforce standards for data collection across all aspects of Samsung’s customer marketing & CRM Responsible for database health reporting, helping client & agency stakeholders understand the changes in size & quality of customer marketing database. Suggest optimisations on data classification, labelling, aggregations and storage to client teams. Manage targeting and audience segmentation within data briefs for CRM comms Work with an analyst to add aggregated CRM data to the existing cloud platform environment, considering the clients and wider European privacy regulations Leading testing into quantifying the customer marketing programme’s value in driving incremental revenue to Samsung Not only have an in depth understanding of data & data concepts as they are applicable to customer marketing, but also be an expert in CRM and general knowledge of digital marketing Develop comprehensive understanding of Samsung business Manage and motivate your team to deliver robust & clever work that creates value
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need:
Expertise in CRM, and onsite KPIs, ways of working Experience in cross-channel media measurement & strategy Capable of translating complex data sets into insights and strategic recommendations that will help to drive Samsung’s business forward Experience working with clients/stakeholders to help them achieve CRM success fueled by data. Brilliant client service, and fostering that culture within your team to ensure smooth delivery across what is a complex piece of business Advanced SQL knowledge. Experience in SQL/Data Warehouse tools like GCP, Microsoft Azure, etc. Strength and understanding of the digital landscape to achieve significant advantage across all platforms Experience with Adobe Campaign, or similar customer marketing platform Familiarity with data visualization Software (DataStudio, Tableau, Looker) Previous experience in reporting audience performance preferred Awareness of work ranging from Data Visualisation, Media, CRM, Web & Social Analytics, Statistics, Data Sciences & Data Engineering
