Role Overview

As a SharePoint Developer, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain SharePoint solutions with a focus on automation, data visualization, and platform maintenance. This is a hybrid role requiring a combination of remote work and on-site presence, offering flexibility and engagement with critical infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance SharePoint Online solutions to support internal business processes.
Create and manage workflows using Power Automate to streamline and automate manual tasks.
Design and implement dashboards and reports using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
Perform routine server patching and system updates in coordination with IT infrastructure teams to ensure compliance and security.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize platform usage.
Support user training, documentation, and SharePoint governance efforts.
Participate in project planning, sprint reviews, and cross-functional team meetings.

Requirements

3+ years of experience developing and administering SharePoint (Online and/or On-Prem).
Proven experience with Power Automate (Microsoft Flow) and creating automated business processes.
Strong skills in Power BI for creating interactive reports and data visualizations.
Familiarity with Windows Server environments, patching processes, and basic infrastructure maintenance.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
Utilities or regulated industry experience is a plus.

Contract Details

Contract Length: 12 Months
Employment Type: W2 Contract
Work Schedule: Full-Time, Hybrid (Onsite 2-3 days/week)
PTO: 30 days paid time off provided by the client
