Who We’re Looking For: Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for owning the vision, strategy, roadmap and execution of our next-gen product modules (Intelligent Systems), orchestrating the future where AI agents don't just follow instructions—they anticipate needs, solve complex problems, and create extraordinary value for our customers.

The Role:

  • Own the vision, strategy planning, roadmapping, and execution for one or more products in our growing digital product portfolio.
  • Prioritize multiple competing priorities while maintaining a rapid pace of product delivery.
  • Conduct customer, market, and industry research, and work closely with design, engineering, sales, customer success and leadership teams.
  • Report directly to the VP of Product.

You are someone who:

  • Is driven by shipping products with a knack for owning the vision, strategy planning, and execution that create, drive, and deliver digital product strategies.
  • Possesses a 'been there, done that' level of experience with agile principles and practices in analysis.
  • Can articulate the big picture product strategy and break it down through story maps, epics, user stories, and prioritize them.
  • Has deep experience bringing various parties together to deliver a solution to market.
  • Knows which AI features will make users go 'wow' vs 'why?'
  • Articulates a problem statement, including complex ones, with exceptional clarity.
  • Brings new thinking and techniques to bear involving how to overcome challenges or roadblocks.
  • Can explain neural networks at both a dinner party AND a board meeting.

Requirements:

  • 7 to 10+ years of professional experience as a Product Manager/Leader.
  • Passionate about intelligent systems & AI technology products.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong inclination towards action, preferably with experience shipping digital products.
  • Implement Agile Methodologies, ensuring rapid prototyping, regular feedback loops, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and develop durable relationships across all departments in the organization.
  • Identify and anticipate risks/issues and proactively find solutions.
  • Clear communicator (written & verbal) across cross-functional teams and to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Operate using data-driven processes to turn a vision into an actionable roadmap.
  • Drive product analytics to understand feature usage and optimization.
  • Define and manage metrics to measure the success of your efforts and inform the overall product strategy.
