You’ll use statistical and machine learning techniques to analyse data and develop models to understand key drivers and you’ll lead experimentation design to improve the product experience of our users.

You’ll lead projects to explore and extract valuable information from our data and work closely with the product teams to advise on data collection improvements.

You’ll help drive the maturity of the Data Science & Analytics sub team by setting the foundation needed to move our analysis capabilities from descriptive & diagnostic to predictive & prescriptive.

Your day to day tasks, should you choose to accept this mission ...

  • Solve problems adaptively and value rigour and simplicity over complicated solutions
  • Make appropriate trade-offs between speed and accuracy as you’ll be working in a fast-moving environment
  • Code for scalability, creating re-usable scripts and utilities that brings data science as a discipline to the next level
  • Work closely with Product Managers supporting and suggesting experiments, time series forecasting and building predictive models (including ML)
  • Code for privacy & security, keeping our users and patients privacy and security in mind all the time and suggesting processes and technologies for anonymisation
  • Work closely with Product leads in designing and validating success metrics as well as helping them to measure progress and align with the business objectives (OKRs setting)
  • Support & mature the company data culture so that decisions are supported and/or driven by data

What the team say ...

"Interesting challenges, fulfilling work and (most importantly) immaculate vibes! -Louis, Senior BI Developer

"We break hearts, not pipelines." -Patrick, Data Scientist

“This is the best data team I have worked with. I’ve been enjoying every minute of working with this great group of talented and fun people! There is never a boring day at work for the data team! " -Barbara, Data Science & Analytics Lead
