The role:

As Senior Product Growth Manager at Oviva, you will be part of the wider Pathways Team within the Product Function. You report to the Head of Treatment Pathways, working closely with our CRM, Product and Clinical teams. In this role, you will be responsible for improving the treatment journey as well as patient communication and engagement with our clinical pathways; with the ultimate goal to enhance our patient’s experience at Oviva. In this position, you will combine analytical and strategic aspects of product growth management with a comprehensive understanding of digital health.


Key responsibilities

  • The development, implementation and outcomes of pathway growth strategies:Your primary focus is patient engagement and retention, which directly impacts patient LTV and Oviva's overall growth. You will utilise a product mindset to develop hypotheses, design experiments, as well as iterating on them based on empirical findings. All of this by working closely and collaboratively with CRM, copy writers, designer and Product.

  • Leveraging digital health practices:You will ensure growth strategies align with evidence-based digital therapy approaches and behavior change best practices, working closely with our Clinical Leadership Team.

  • User data, insights and feedback:You will identify potential opportunities on a continuous basis for improving the treatment journey in collaboration with our data science and BI teams.

  • Pathway Strategy and Vision:You will actively contribute to our pathway strategy and vision and lead the execution of quarterly goals (OKRs).

About You:

  • Product Growth Experience:You have at least 5 years of experience leading and executing product growth strategies, using influence rather than direct authority, in a cross-functional, high-growth environment

  • Data-driven approach:You have the ability to create and implement measurement and tracking frameworks, conduct A/B testing, and use data-driven insights to develop strategies

  • Digital health experience:You have experience in the area of digital health/therapeutics or healthcare technologies

  • Stakeholder Management:You have extensive experience working with various and diverse stakeholders such as product, clinical leadership and clinical delivery
