Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for a Senior Portfolio Analyst to be engaged on a contract basis, based in Reading.

Key Accountabilities:

Provides complex analysis of governance, reporting outputs and programmatic data to track key activities, plans, budgets, issues, and risks across all the clients portfolio.
Analyses the portfolio to maintain a integrated view of the key risks and issues across the clients Enterprise and recommends effective actions to mitigate risks and exploit opportunities.
Analyses and evaluates portfolio data to identify discrepancies, trends, exceptions and opportunities.
Highlights interdependencies and conflicts between business as usual and the portfolio and recommends courses of remedial action.Key Responsibilities:

Leads reporting from programmes and projects and provides analysis, insight and recommendation of decisions for improved of performance of the portfolio.
Support the PMO Service Leads to communicate and build commitment to a shared vision and sense of purpose.
Recognise and track interdependencies across the clients Enterprise.
Monitor portfolio risks (threats and opportunities) and escalate as appropriate.
Manage and engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
