Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for employee benefits and pensions? We're working with a leading organisation to find a Senior People Administrator to join their dynamic People team based in Croydon.

📍 Location: Croydon (Hybrid working options may be available)
đź•’ Type: Full-time, Permanent
đź’Ľ Salary: ÂŁ38-ÂŁ40k

About the Role:

As a Senior People Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the People Administration & Benefits Manager. You'll be the go-to expert for pension and benefits queries, ensuring smooth and compliant processes across the employee lifecycle for a workforce of approximately 7,500.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and deputise for the People Administration & Benefits Manager on projects and escalations.
Manage pension portals and HR systems (e.g., Oracle), ensuring accurate data handling.
Ensure compliance with GDPR, pension scheme rules, and internal policies.
Provide training and guidance to People Administrators and other stakeholders.
Drive process improvements and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Communicate effectively across departments to deliver timely and professional support.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in pension administration and employee benefits.
Strong understanding of HR systems and data compliance (e.g., GDPR).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
CIPD or CIPP certification is a plus.
