We have an opportunity for an experienced and meticulous Business Analyst to join our team and ensure our information systems are maintained and that data quality is maintained to our high standard.

Working as part of our Data Information team, you will provide support to around 200 colleagues across multiple locations in London, generating and providing performance-related data to improve service delivery across the organisation. You’ll be accustomed to reviewing and managing complex data, providing the senior management team with Key Performance Indicator information that will support new initiatives and increase development. With multiple reports to manage, you’ll ensure that the information is easily accessible and collated to help drive strategic growth. Acting as the Systems Administrator for the InForm system, you'll manage the administration and development of databases ensuring that all relevant data is accurately recorded and used for specific service improvements,

The Business Analyst role is key in our organisation as you will work with colleagues to collate data and produce reports to strict deadlines, so you’ll be an expert using Excel and Power BI.

Our ideal Candidate will have:

  • A high standard of Excel skills, including formulas, V-Look ups, conditional formatting and pivot tables.

  • The Ability to produce reports using Power BI

  • Experience reporting on and presenting datasets to deadlines.

  • Experience of managing a small team

  • Previous experience in the housing sector would be an advantageous
