We are seeking a results-driven Senior Marketing Data Analyst (Fixed-Term Contract) to join our Marketing team.

In this role, you will work closely with the CMO to deliver impactful, data-driven marketing insights, identify growth opportunities, and optimize customer acquisition strategies across both paid and CRM channels.

This is a fixed-term contract (FTC) for 3 months, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role for high performers.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with the CMO and marketing team to tackle complex commercial challenges that drive customer acquisition and growth
  • Develop deep expertise in our data sources, including marketing channel data, Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) data, and customer data
  • Lead exploratory data analysis (EDA) to validate hypotheses generated by the marketing team
  • Design and maintain comprehensive Looker dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization
  • Perform in-depth analyses of customer behavior, channel performance, and market trends to uncover actionable insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations and measurable business outcomes
  • Optimize marketing spend by analyzing unit economics, attribution models, and incrementality
  • Enhance the marketing team’s data literacy through training and upskilling initiatives
  • Deploy machine learning models, including regression, causal inference, and predictive analytics, to support marketing strategies

What We're Looking For

  • 4-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a related analytical role
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
  • Experience working in a high-growth scale-up environment
  • Proven expertise with Looker and BigQuery is essential
  • Deep understanding of marketing unit economics, including CAC, LTV, Payback Period, and ROAS
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels such as paid media, referral, and CRM, along with their measurement frameworks
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to connect analytical insights to tangible business impact
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Natural curiosity and passion for solving ambiguous marketing challenges through data
  • Knowledge of mobile app analytics and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs)
