We’re working with a leading global fintech that’s growing fast and they’re searching for a Senior Data Analyst (Marketing) to help shape data-driven decisions across their digital marketing ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Analyse marketing campaign performance across digital channels and markets
  • Drive insights on acquisition, engagement, and retention to optimise spend and strategy
  • Build automated data pipelines and dashboards to enable smarter, faster decision-making
  • Partner with marketing, product, and tech teams to identify growth opportunities
  • Be the go-to person for marketing analytics — owning your domain and driving clarity from data


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of analytics experience, ideally in digital or performance marketing
  • Advanced SQL and experience with tools like DBT or Airflow
  • Hands-on experience with marketing analytics tools (GA, Amplitude, Optimizely, etc.)
  • Confident running A/B tests, building attribution models, and defining marketing KPIs
  • Skilled with visualisation platforms (Looker preferred)
  • Strong communicator who can influence decisions and tell stories with data
