As a Senior Lead Architect at JPMorgan Chase within the Corporate and Investment Bank, you are an integral part of a team that works to develop high-quality architecture solutions for our new client relationship management platform. You drive significant business impact and help shape the target state architecture through your capabilities in multiple architecture domains.

Job responsibilities

Work with product and engineering teams to understand existing solutions & use cases and map out a strategic target architecture Provide feedback and propose improvements to architecture governance practices Guides evaluation of current technology and leads evaluation of new technologies Regularly provides technical guidance and direction to support to product and engineering Drives decisions that influence product design, application functionality, and technical operations and processes Influences peers and project decision-makers to follow architectural best practice Adds to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Formal training or certification on system design concepts and proficient advanced experience delivering systems from design through development, testing, and operational stability Experience in one or more object oriented or functional programming language(s) Advanced knowledge of software architecture with considerable in-depth knowledge in one or more of the following technical disciplines (data modelling, API design, scalable data platform design, experience with using semantic modelling to drive data insights and AI/ML) Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently with little to no oversight Ability to evaluate current and emerging technologies to select or recommend the best solutions for the future state architecture Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect
