Job Title: Senior HRIS / Workday Analyst
Contract: 9-Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days in office, 2 WFH)
Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Senior HRIS / Workday Analyst to join a global organisation’s HR Operations team in London on a 9-month fixed-term basis. This position will play a key role in supporting the implementation of the UK Workday Payroll module and enhancing other Workday functionality across EMEA and APAC regions.

The successful candidate will bring strong Workday configuration experience, particularly across Core HCM and ideally Payroll, and will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys combining hands-on technical work with business process improvements and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Support HR and HRIS teams by troubleshooting and resolving Workday configuration issues
Assist with configuration, testing, and documentation of business processes to support payroll implementation
Participate in the deployment of new Workday Payroll features, including report building and mass data loads
Conduct audits and reconciliations to maintain data integrity and ensure compliance
Collaborate with global teams across HR, Finance, and Tech to manage enhancements and integrations
Act as a key point of contact for Workday Payroll-related questions and support
Work closely with implementation partners to ensure a smooth and effective payroll rollout
Assist with project-related activities and contribute to broader system improvements across the EMEA and APAC regions About You
5+ years of Workday configuration experience, including Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Security, and ideally Payroll
Skilled in Workday reporting, dashboards, and data analytics
Familiar with EIBs and data integration tools
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc.)
Strong understanding of HR operations, processes, and compliance standards
Comfortable managing confidential data with discretion and professionalism
Proactive, well-organised, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
A strong communicator with the confidence to influence and engage stakeholders
Collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset Interested?
