As a SolutionArchitect, you’ll help define and shape technology strategieswithin the Enterprise Enablement domain, which includes businessplanning, supply chain, operations, finance, HR, and productivityservices. You’ll work with business and IT leaders to developsolution architectures, guide implementation teams, and ensurealignment with our technology roadmap. What youll be doing:Enterprise Architecture & Strategy * Define the target statearchitecture for areas of enterprise enablement, linking businesscapabilities with technology strategies. * Assess current systemsand recommend modernization and optimization approaches. * Developand evolve architectural models and roadmaps with technology andbusiness teams. * Stay updated on emerging technologies andevaluate their potential impact. * Participate in proof of concepts(PoCs) to assess new technology opportunities. * Develop solutionarchitectures for multi-phase change programs. * Explore and assesssolution options with vendors, analysts, and internal teams. *Define current and future state architectures, outlining transitionsteps. * Identify key design decisions and collaborate withpartners. * Present solution recommendations to decision-makinggroups. Governance & Best Practices * Ensure compliance withSIE architecture principles, standards, and frameworks. * Producehigh-quality architectural documentation that explains solutions,options, and decisions. * Review and approve solution designs foralignment with the future state architecture. * Apply architecturegovernance processes to assure design conformance to your definedarchitecture. * Partner with engineering, security, data and AIteams to solve architectural challenges. * Build strong supplierrelationships to enhance technology investments. * Mentor juniorarchitects and contribute to best practices across Sony’sarchitecture teams. What We’re Looking For: * 5+ years ofexperience as a Solution Architect working on corporate platforms(e.g., ERP, HR systems). * Experience in designing scalable,reliable, and cost-effective enterprise solutions. * Architectingsolutions for two of sales, operations, finance, or HR systems. *Collaborating with engineering teams to implement architectures. *Communicating complex IT concepts to both technical and businessaudiences. * Evaluating solutions through RFIs, RFPs, PoCs, andblueprinting. * Proven in applying enterprise architectureframeworks (e.g., Archimate). * Experienced in architecturemodelling in tool (e.g., Bizzdesign). Preferred Qualifications *Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. * Experience insolution design, software development, or business analysis. *Worked with global, multi-functional teams. * Familiarity with SAPS/4 ERP, Workday, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Salesforce. * Strongunderstanding of integration technologies (e.g., Ab Initio,Mulesoft) and data architecture (e.g., Snowflake, Tableau,Microstrategy). * Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GoogleCloud) and AI/ML enablement.
