Senior Data Scientist

Join a leading unicorn FinTech company and shape the future of data science in a high-growth environment! We're looking for an experiencedSenior Data Scientistto drive advanced data and machine learning initiatives across the business.

In this role, you'll develop and optimise DS/ML models to address a wide range of challenges—from product personalisation to uncovering growth opportunities. You’ll work with large, complex datasets, leveraging your expertise in quantitative analysis, experimentation, and data strategy to support products that impact millions of users.

This is a great opportunity for someone withfull-stack data science experience. You’ll be responsible for taking models from concept to production, deploying them effectively to deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimise advanced DS/ML models to solve business challenges.
  • Drive product personalisation and growth initiatives using data-driven insights.
  • Work with large-scale, complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
  • Build and deploy end-to-end data science models from concept to production.

Technical Requirements:

  • 3+ yearsof experience in Data Science.
  • Proficient inPythonandSQL.
  • Solid understanding ofcore DS/ML libraries(e.g., Numpy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn).
  • Experience withA/B testingand experimentation.

Bonus Skills:

  • Previous experience inFinTechor working withcustomer-facing products.
  • Familiarity withAmazon SageMakerandDBTfor data modeling.
