Senior Data Architect (ServiceNow) is required for a European leader in cloud implementation, application development and managed services working within the Financial Services industry, office located in London.
This role will be a unique opportunity to support in enhance the Group’s method in responding to the regulatory deadlines via the usage of ServiceNow. You will be playing a crucial part in the team, helping us deliver tooling requirements, solution design, test, and deploy into a business-as-usual environment, enabling us to meet Operational/Data Resilience FCA & PRA regulation.

Responsibilities:
You will play a key role in core Data Resilience activities, including the coordination of Technology led data maintenance processes, ensuring the Groups Data Resilience position is current, complete, and correct. To support this activity, you will need to understand data and resilience, business continuity planning, disaster recovery.
Requirements:
A working knowledge of ServiceNow development with the ability to shape the solution, support requirement definition and work with ServiceNow dev's to deliver. An expert level understanding of the ServiceNow Platform: IT SM, CMDB, GRC, INS-PI. A strong understanding of various classes within CMDB and relationships in ServiceNow (messaging queues, batches, unstructured data, applications, datastores etc.) Ability to build relationships across wide reaching business teams. Be passionate about technology and its application to solve problems with a level of understanding of Data Resilience and its dimensions (such as data vaulting, data back-up, encryption) Experience and confidence in running workshops and engaging stakeholders with the ability to work independently. Experience in Agile Methodology and able to contribute to various Agile processes such as Daily Stand-up, Release Planning, Backlog Refinement, Retrospective, Sprint Review. Strong understanding of Power BI, including its capabilities and limitations. Excellent project management skills with a focus on overseeing report development project.
