Microsoft Dynamics & Power Platform Solution Architect

Location: London (Hybrid Working)

Salary: £115,000 + (10% bonus & £4,000 car allowance)

Job-Type: Permanent


A global digital consultancy is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics & Power Platform Solution Architect to join a high-impact transformation programme for a major UK government agency. This is a client-facing, hands-on architecture role suited to someone who thrives in dynamic, delivery-focused environments, enjoys solving complex integration challenges, and brings deep expertise across the Microsoft stack. You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering modern, end-to-end solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure services. As a senior leader in the team, you’ll also contribute to technical strategy, team mentoring, and pre-sales support.


Key Responsibilities

• Architect and lead enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 solutions, spanning Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing

• Leverage Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages to build scalable, low-code solutions

• Customise and extend Dynamics 365 using plugins, JavaScript, workflows, Azure Functions, LogicApps, Service Bus

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to shape technical direction

• Lead technical teams and delivery streams using Scrum methodology

• Support pre-sales activity, bids, and client presentations

• Ensure documentation, governance, and delivery best practices are met throughout the project lifecycle


Required Experience

• Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement

• Proven ability to design and implement scalable solutions using Power Platform + Azure services

• Strong understanding of customisation and configuration across Dynamics, including forms, business process flows, and workflows

• Skilled in technical documentation and communicating to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Full project lifecycle delivery experience – from pre-sales to production release

• Eligible for Security Clearance (5+ years of continuous UK residency + valid passport)


Desirable

• Background in public sector or highly regulated environments

• Experience working with AI, RPA or IoT in the Microsoft ecosystem

• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics/Power Platform/Azure
