You will play a key part in running and managing high-throughput sequencing analysis pipelines, as well as further developing the infrastructure to support those activities within the OMDC. OMDC is a fully accredited laboratory, closely collaborating with the NHS Oxford University Hospitals and the wider University of Oxford cancer research community. In this role, you will work on the analysis of next-generation sequencing data, focusing on targeted, exome, and whole genome sequencing from various platforms.
