An AI SaaS business is looking to hire a Senior Power BI Developer to join their growing Data & Analytics team. With a strong focus on customer analytics, this 50-person business has built a cutting-edge platform designed to help clients unlock value from their customer and sales data.


The Company

This consultancy specialises in solving complex data problems for clients in the private equity space, retail, and healthcare, among others. Their platform centralises, models and operationalises customer data to enable faster insight-driven decision making.


What You’ll Be Doing

Working at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and product innovation, the Senior Power BI Developer will play a key role in building and delivering enterprise-grade dashboards for private equity clients and their portfolio companies.


  • Develop Power BI dashboards that are scalable, user-friendly, and visually compelling
  • Use SQL and DAX to model data, create measures, and optimise performance
  • Collaborate across teams (Product, Data Science, Client Success) to gather requirements and ensure the dashboards meet strategic goals
  • Lead client workshops and deliver training sessions to support dashboard adoption
  • Identify opportunities to automate and scale dashboard delivery across projects


What You'll Bring

  • Prior experience in Business Intelligence / Data Visualisation
  • Strong command of Power BI, DAX, and SQL - all three are key requirements
  • Previous experience in a client-facing or consulting role
  • Exposure to customer analytics and understanding of commercial data
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and Python is beneficial
