Senior BI Developer – Tech For Good – Up to £70k + Bonus

Location: London – Hybrid | Some on-site client travel required


This scaling tech for good are on a mission to reduce societal inequality by using data more effectively. Their AI-driven platform empowers local and central government with the insights they need to prevent complex issues like homelessness, challenges around social care, extreme debt and many more — before they happen. After growing 25% last year, they are continuing to build their team and looking to hire a Senior BI Developer to help shape the future of business intelligence at the company.


The Role

As a Senior BI Developer, you will help shape how they can turn data into insights that drive better decision-making. As part of the Platform team, you’ll lead the development and evolution of the internal BI tooling, as well as provide specialist input into client-facing dashboards to help tackle some of society’s most complex challenges.


This is a blended role — part strategic, part hands-on. You’ll work closely with the wider team across Product, Data, Customer Success and Consulting to build scalable, BI solutions that unlock the value of our platform and help to change lives for the better.


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in BI (Business Intelligence), data analytics or data visualisation
  • Deep technical expertise in Power BI and experience with other visualisation tools like Tableau (nice to have)
  • Experience in designing and optimising data models
  • Experience working with databases and writing database queries (e.g. SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
  • A passion for social impact


Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience working with the public sector (local or central government) or as a vendor/consultant to public sector clients
