About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our team, who is responsible for Ekimetrics clients, prospects and industry partners. Your role is to build trust and credibility to help us retain and grow our client accounts and to support our new business development aims with client referrals, event attendance etc. You will work in coordination with our Head of Commercial and Consulting Partners.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead & Client Engagement:
    1. Map and connect with key stakeholders to understand their data science and analytics needs, budgets, and decision-making processes
    2. Build deep expertise in Ekimetrics' data science solutions and methodologies
    3. Drive customer success through proactive support and regular business reviews
    4. Provide ongoing guidance and real-time analysis of data science implementations
    5. Educate clients on Ekimetrics' new and existing solutions, including best practices and optimisation strategies
  2. Account Strategy:
    1. Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with revenue targets
    2. Monitor project performance metrics and ROI measurement strategies
    3. Identify trends and optimisation opportunities across client portfolios
    4. Manage complex work streams involving cross-functional collaboration between client teams, Ekimetrics consultants, and technical teams
  3. Sales Pitching:
    1. Lead compelling presentations of Ekimetrics' data science solutions and methodologies
    2. Convert opportunities through ROI-focused proposals and use cases
    3. Drive new business through existing client relationships and referrals
    4. Participate in industry events to build a network and pipeline
    5. Collaborate with cross-solution teams during RFP processes to deliver data science solutions
    6. Present deep-dive analytics and performance insights to demonstrate value and secure upsell opportunities

About You

Ideally, you will have the following:

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of account management/sales experience with a proven track record of hitting targets
  2. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related fields
  3. Experience in either Digital media, Marketing Effectiveness, Customer Analytics or Delivering Solutions
  4. Experience in consulting, data science, or marketing agency preferred
  5. Proven experience managing C-suite relationships
  6. Excellence in presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
  7. Strong knowledge in Microsoft Suite and CRM systems
  8. Project management experience with international business exposure

Desired skills:

  1. Experience with ABM strategy and platforms
  2. Strong negotiation skills and proactive mindset
  3. Proven team leadership abilities
  4. Deep understanding of UK market landscape
