Salesforce System Administrator

We're looking for a Salesforce System Administrator who can take ownership of our existing setup, work closely with stakeholders across the business, and help define and deliver a roadmap for the future.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who's proactive, collaborative, and wants to make a real impact in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

What you'll be doing

Manage all aspects of user and license administration - from onboarding new users to roles, profiles, permissions, groups and sharing rules.

Configure and maintain the Salesforce platform, including:

Flows, approval processes, assignment rules

Fields, page layouts, record types and dynamic layouts

Apps, actions, dashboards, reports and mobile administration.

Partner with key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Maintain a structured governance framework to manage development, testing and deployment of changes.

Keep our Salesforce instance clean and efficient by monitoring data quality, managing duplicate data, and pruning unused reports/fields.

Stay ahead of Salesforce releases, assessing impact and ensuring the platform evolves in line with best practice.

Manage sandbox environments and oversee change management processes.

Provide day-to-day support for user queries, ensuring issues are prioritised and resolved quickly.

Train and support internal "Salesforce Champions" to upskill teams across the business.

Develop knowledge sharing resources and collaborate with our tech and front-office teams to grow in-house capability.

What we're looking for

Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM201) essential.

Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Strong technical understanding of Salesforce configuration and best practices.

A proactive mindset with a desire to improve systems and processes.

Excellent relationship-building and communication skills - able to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to spot trends and design long-term solutions.

Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development.
