We are working for a leader in automation applications, and were looking for a CRM System Lead to become the central hub for all things CRM and sales data. This role is vital to ensuring our commercial decision-making is built on clean, reliable, and insightful information.
What You'll Be Doing:


  • Own the CRM platform Lead its ongoing development, maintenance, and optimization across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

  • Champion data integrity Ensure all data is accurate, well-coded, and consistently maintained. You'll be the person who says, That doesn't look right, and fixes it.

  • Improve usability Make the CRM user-friendly and efficient so that the sales teams want to use it, not avoid it.

  • Deliver reporting that matters Track, analyse, and report on sales performance metrics to provide clear, actionable insights for leadership.

  • Drive process improvements Spot inefficiencies, recommend best practices, and implement smarter ways of working.

What You'll Need:


  • A degree or HNC/D in Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field (essential).

  • Proven experience in Sales Operations, CRM Management, or a commercial data-driven role.

  • Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, or similar).

  • Exceptional attention to detail You take pride in clean data, accurate reports, and system integrity.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into business recommendations.

  • Confident communicator able to work with technical teams and senior leadership, translating data language into commercial actions.
