OVERALL PURPOSE OF ROLE OF A SALES DATA ADMIN CO-ORDINATOR We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Data Admin Coordinator role based in our Head Office in Southall. The Sales Data Admin Coordinator will be part of a team of 4 who manages, controls and maintains core company information such as customer product ranges, prices, terms and new products. The purpose of this role is to maintain a coordinated approach to Microsoft Dynamics D365. The role will manage the efficient collection, verification, and input of D365 and associated master data system. It will also support and deliver the continuous improvement projects to deliver a higher standards of data verification and accuracy through the exploration of D365 reporting to improve efficiencies and controls touching all core areas of the business (Sales, Telesales, Supply Chain, Transport, Quality Control, Finance, Product, Procurement). As a core department in our business and a key component to our Delice customer journey high standards of diligence and customer focus is key to the success of the role, the department. REPORTING AND KEY RELATIONSHIPS OF A SALES DATA ADMIN CO-ORDINATOR Reports to: Business Data Governance Manager Other Key Contacts : Channel & Field Sales , Customer Engagement Team, Supply Chain, Transport, Technical & Quality Control, Product, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Reporting & Control M AIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF A SALES DATA ADMIN CO-ORDINATOR The regulator of sales and transport data verification for DDF. Duties and Responsibilities include but are not exclusively: Managing of information input and maintenance in Microsoft Dynamics D365 that is the core of the Delice business such as customers, product ranges, sales channel, delivery days, product working to established SLAs for both internal and external customers. Drive continuous improvement projects to deliver a higher standards of data verification and accuracy through the exploration of D365 reporting to improve efficiencies and controls. Log and investigate customer queries to established SLAs to ensure they are resolved in a timely and professional manner. Management and maintenance of the Shared Inbox and actioning each request within the Department SLAs ensuring effective communication across the business is maintained. Previous knowledge of D365 would be an advantage Sales, Telesales, Supply Chain, Transport. Log and investigate EDI queries to established SLAs to ensure they are resolved in a timely and professional manner. Management of third-party portals, encompassing the tasks of generating products and upkeeping pricing information and customer particulars. ES SENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING OF A SALES DATA ADMIN CO-ORDINATOR Background in FMCG desirable/ fast paced environment KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED FOR A SALES DATA ADMIN CO-ORDINATOR Familiarity with integrated ERP system preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365. Good working knowledge of Excel. Attention to detail whilst working to deadlines. .Strong communication, proactive, team player. Ability to work on own initiative as well as multi-tasking and working to deadlines. KEY MEASURES OF A SALES DATA ADMIN CO-ORDINATOR Achieving established KPIs on time, accurately and in full.
